Axl & B shares your concerns about the protection of your personal information online. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection and use of information through our website, located at www.axlandb.com. By using or purchasing any product through this site, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the site. We may update this Policy at our discretion and the most recent version shall be posted on this page immediately.

We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via US mail and/or electronically via email. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may opt out by contacting us at service@axlandb.com with "REMOVE" as the subject header.

Axl & B uses non-personally identifiable information, such as your IP address and the pages that you visit on our site, to help diagnose problems with our site and servers, to administer our site, and to improve site-related services and features. Your IP address and other non-personally identifiable information also may be used to gather broad demographic information and to recognize customer traffic patterns and site usage trends. This information aids us in improving the site navigation, design and features.

We also use "cookies" to collect product and purchase information from the pages you access or visit. This information may be combined with other identifiable personal information. Cookies are bits of information that are automatically stored on your computer. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information such as your name, address or any financial information.

REPAIR POLICY

We will repair any design purchased through axlandb.com. Please email service@axlandb.com and request a Repair Work Order (RWO) number. ** We try to respond to all requests in a timely manner. If you do not receive a response please check your "junk mail" folder!

To return an item for repair, please follow these simple steps:

1. Obtain a Repair Work Order (RWO) number via email at service@axlandb.com. We will not accept packages without an RWO number.

2. If your item is less than 1 year old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, be sure to have your Credit Card handy for repair charges.

3. Pack your item.

4. Include the RWO number in the following return shipping address:

* Subject to part availability. Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.

SHIPPING POLICY

Axl & B offers shipping via UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. We ship over seas and to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information. We only ship UPS Worldwide Express for all orders outside of the United States.

** Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. UPS only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

* Shipping times are approximate.
* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.
* Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada orders will be charged and shipped via the UPS 2nd Day Service or faster, if requested

PRODUCT CARE

Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time.

• After each use, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store in a jewelry box.

• Please avoid direct contact with water (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration, and chemicals such as chlorine, sulfur, perfume, detergent and lotion.  Excessive light, heat or moisture will deteriorate the quality of leather, plating on the metal and gemstones. The color of the leather and some gemstones may fade if constantly exposed to the sun. Exposing jewelry to water will cause the paint seal to disintegrate or peel off.

• Our collections consist of precious metal (sterling silver) and non-precious metal (brass and base metal) and they are often plated with 18K gold. Some chains you see in our collection are 14K gold-filled. The metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. However, excessive polishing will rub off the plating and is not recommended.

• Because most of the stones used in our collection are natural gemstones, they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is a part of their beauty. Most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners.
